  Bread and water
is at my table
where is  the meat
from Cain and able
god don't tell me
It was a waste of time
humble me
let me
drink your wine
from this prayer
I ask today
even the birds that sang
have moved away
with the knowledge
Do you have a plan
I feel like a turkey
and not a man 
a rush of emotions
that I can not express
where is my shirt?
I'm bare!
my chest!
  make this a day to say
you were the one
who made me stay.
Please help!
me fine the time
comfort me with your
meal sometime!
